- Proven track record with very good business contacts in Bangladesh as well as overseas.
- The person will be in-charge of a team close to 100 people and should have very strong leadership qualities.
- He or she will be directly reporting to the board of directors and will be fully responsible for the entire operation
- Having knowledge of Merchandising, Production, Production Management, buyer's compliance, cost control and managing a large work force,
- Be an excellent communicator
👉Additional Requirements
- The successful candidate will have 15-plus years in senior management
- At least 10 years as General Manager or CEO
